It’s no news that education begins at home and parents who are involved in their children’s education get better results than those who delegate parenting. There are some numeracy skills you can teach your children  and you don’t have to be a maths pro to do this. It is very important for every child to know their parent’s phone number offhand. The picture below will make learning the phone numbers easy and fun especially when you’re working with an active child.

Materials: cardboard, marker, ruler, scissors.

Remember to laminate it so they don’t tear while they jump on them. You can improvise using cello tape.
